| The Toronto Transit Commission's (TTC) 1985-1986 Flyer D901A model diesel high floor buses buses were the last buses Flyer Industries made before it was taken over and renamed New Flyer Industries. New Flyer Industries is currently one of the largest bus manufacturers in North America.
Numbered from 6000-6122 for 1985 models and 6130-6204 for 1986 models, these buses were allocated to Malvern, Arrow, Danforth, Birchmount and Queensway Garages during their lifespan. The 1985 models were equipped with Detroit Diesel 6V71N engine and Allison V730 Transmisson and the 1986 Flyer models were equipped with Detroit Diesel 6V71N engine and Allison V731 Transmisson.
